Build & Send. AI systems for owner-run service businesses

You're the answer key for the whole company. Let's change that.

The gate code for the Friday client. How one carrier wants a scope written, and why the next one wants it different. Who's covering the 11 o'clock. Your team asks you because you're the only place the answer lives. We get that out of your head and into systems that run the job, check the job, and train the next hire the same way every time.

Five questions, about four minutes. Ari reads every one and replies with a link to pick a call.

What changes

Friday, 7:40am. It already read every open job and found the three that haven't moved.

Sample data, real shape. Pick a tab. This is what sits in your approval queue when you sit down, and nothing leaves until you hit approve.

What lands on the other side

Want this running in your business?

Tell us which process is eating your week. That's the one we build first, and it's what we'll spend the call on.

How it works

Here's how it works, and the first step is free.

1

Four minutes

Tell us about your business.

Five questions. The one that matters most: which job would wobble if your best person disappeared for two weeks. Write it the way you'd say it out loud.

2

Thirty minutes, free

We get on a call.

We walk through that one job together, the way you'd train your replacement on your last day. By the end you'll know what it's costing you and whether we're the right people to fix it. If we're not, we'll say so.

3

Cloud, then document, then AI

We build it with you.

First the work comes off paper and out of memory into shared tools you can see. Then we write down how the work really happens and why, the judgment behind each step. AI comes third, because you can't automate what isn't written down. Every message it drafts waits for a person to approve it. That gate never comes off.

What we install

Systems your team keeps using after we leave.

  • A knowledge base your team asks before they ask you. Gate codes, client preferences, how each account wants its work done.

  • A daily job check. Every open file gets looked at, anything that hasn't moved gets chased, and the update lands in the file where it belongs.

  • Proposals, estimates, and onboarding drafted in your words from your notes and photos, for a human to review and send.

  • Follow-ups on a schedule. Day one, day three, day 14, whatever your standard is, without anyone having to remember.

  • Voice-note capture. When your expert explains a job out loud, the recording becomes the written procedure, with the thin spots flagged so you know what to go ask.

  • A review gate. Nothing goes out to a client, an adjuster, or a candidate without a person approving it.

All of it runs on the tools you already have. If you run on QuickBooks, Teams, and a spreadsheet, that's where we start.

Tracked, not guessed

One month of real AI access, one person, 75% more output.

That's a year of my own ticket data at a contract job, scored under the same rubric as the rest of the team. I didn't guess that AI changed my work. I counted.

427

tickets scored, one by one

+75%

output the month real AI access arrived

73 to 112

sprint points, old ceiling to new peak

Same job, same board, same rubric. The only thing that changed was the AI.

What owners say

You gave me the cheat code. I'm about to run with this.
Cornelius Coachman, owner, Tally Maids, cleaning company

This lady Ari was 50 light years ahead.
Jasmine Easter, brand designer

You really have taught me so much. The value has been immeasurable. This is life-changing.
Meisha Anderson, nutritionist

I literally couldn't have dreamt that any of this would be possible.
Nikki Elledge Brown, creator of On Her Terms

You have opened my eyes to a whole new world. This is the best thing that could have ever happened to me.
Meisha Anderson, nutritionist

I don't know what I paid for this, but I'm gonna get more out of it than what I paid you. I tell you that.

How engagements run

There's one path, and you decide how far down it you go.

Step one

Free

Strategy call.

Thirty minutes. Bring the one job that lives in someone's head. You leave knowing what it would take to get it out, whether or not you hire us.

Four hours, in a room

$500 a seat

Public workshop.

Half a day with other owners. You bring your phone and one job. You talk it through for 90 seconds, we turn the recording into a written procedure in front of you, and you leave with the file and the thin spots flagged. See the workshops

Half a day, your team

$7,500

Private workshop.

Same method, your team, your jobs. By the end of the day one process is documented and one AI check is running against your standard, on your logins.

Three to six weeks

From $15,000

Build.

We map one process end to end, build the system, and hand it to your team with a checklist they grade it against. We stay until they run it without us.

What does it cost?

The call is free. The public workshop is $500 a seat, the private one is $7,500, and builds start at $15,000. You'll know which fits before anyone asks for money.

Do I need to be technical?

No. One owner we work with took over a $4 million restoration business that ran on pen and paper. If you can talk through a job on your phone for 90 seconds, you have what we need.

Is the call a sales pitch?

It's a working session. We spend it on your job. If we're the wrong fit, we'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.

Who owns the systems when you're done?

You do. They run in your accounts, on your logins, with your team approving every step. If we disappeared tomorrow, nothing would stop.

A note from the founder

One name on the door.

I'm Ari. I spend my weeks inside service businesses: restoration companies, cleaning companies, design studios, practices. It's the same picture every time. The business works, it makes money, and most of how it works lives in one person's head.

The first thing I do in every engagement is sit with that person and have them talk through one job like it's their last day and I'm their replacement. Ninety seconds of that usually holds more judgment than anything that's ever been written down in the company. Then we build from what came out.

There's one name on the door on purpose. You talk to me on the call, I'm the one inside your systems, and I'm the one who picks up when something breaks.
