Tailored to your room
Before the day, we ask what your people actually do and which tools they're in. A restoration crew works on estimates and job files. A chamber room works on follow-ups and renewals. Same method, your examples, no off-the-shelf deck.
Hands-on
Short teaching blocks, then laptops open. Everyone records, everyone transcribes, everyone builds. The live demo runs on a volunteer's real job in front of the room.
Out loud, in pairs
The room works in pairs and talks through the jobs out loud. When one person's job breaks the method, we fix it in front of everyone. That's usually the part people repeat afterward.

Each person walks out with a recording, a written procedure for one job, and a first AI check running against it. Something they can open Monday morning and use.

Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can record a voice memo and paste text, you can do everything in the room. We walk the floor the whole time.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop, a phone, and one job in your business that only one person knows how to do. You'll get a setup email two days before with three things to check.
Which AI tool?
Claude or ChatGPT. Free accounts are fine for the day. Everything you build is yours and works after you leave.
Will you pitch me?
One sentence at the end about the private workshop, and only if you want it. The room is for building.
