Speaking. The signature keynote

The system should remember.
The human should decide.

The keynote that hands your audience one operating rule for AI: machines prepare the work, people keep the judgment. It opens on one person, the office manager who knows every gate code by heart, out for two weeks, and what slips first. Your room leaves knowing which jobs to hand over, which decisions to protect, and the first move to make Monday morning.

Tell us about your event and we'll reply within two business days with availability and next steps. Straight answer if it's not a fit.

What the room hears

One idea they'll repeat for months.

The signature keynote

The system should remember. The human should decide.

Most rooms have been told AI is coming for their people. This talk gives them a different picture: a business where the system holds the memory, the follow-ups, and the busywork, and their people hold the judgment. It's built from work inside real businesses, a $4 million restoration company that ran on pen and paper, a cleaning company where every question still came to the owner's phone, and it gets tailored to your audience and industry.

What the room walks out with

  • Why growth stalls when the business's memory lives in people's heads, and what it costs: the estimate that goes out priced wrong, the day-three call that never happens, the new hire holding a work order nobody can explain.

  • The line between what machines should prepare and what only a human should decide, and where the approval gate sits so it never comes off.

  • The 90-second brain dump. The one move every engagement starts with, done live in the room on their own phones.

Keynote, 30 to 60 minutes, tailored to your room. Optional add-on: the live build. One volunteer, one real workflow, built on stage while the audience watches. Fireside chat and panel formats welcome.

More from the topic menu

Five more talks, same standard.

  • 1 Your AI problem might actually be a workflow problem

Why the tool slipped through your fingers: nothing was written down for it to run.

  • 2 When your best employee becomes your operating system

The ring of keys only one person carries, and how to cut copies.

  • 3 Stop using AI like a faster search box

From asking it questions to saving procedures that run the same way every time.

  • 4 Human-approved AI: a better model for business automation

Draft, queue, review, send. Where the gate goes and why it never comes off.

  • 5 The administrative cost of growth

The full-time estimator who spends the day retyping, and what changes when he doesn't.

Every talk gets tailored to your audience, and new talks get built for the right room.

Bio

Who your audience is getting.

Ari Hale helps businesses turn AI into a working part of their operations. She built and scaled her own business past $800K in a single year, then spent years creating education and presenting for organizations including Salesforce, ESPN, Disney, Airbnb, and AppSumo, in rooms from intimate teams to hundreds of people at a time.

Through Build & Send, her AI systems firm, she spends her weeks inside restoration companies, cleaning companies, design studios, and practices, getting the work that only lives in someone's head into systems the whole team runs. Every talk comes from that work.

Ari Hale teaches businesses to give machines the work and keep the decisions with people.
